13 An unused alternative exemption is paid in the event of termination. Relationship to the call for duty (7) If a caregiver is scheduled for on-call time and his or her normal hours of service are extended, the caregiver is paid for that overtime at overtime rates. 21. ON CALL (1) For the purposes of this Agreement, a nurse at the request of the employer shall be invited to remain in a place where the employer can easily contact the nurse during the hours for which he or she has been placed on request. A caregiver is also on request if he needs to carry a mobile phone or a beteper and stay within a certain radius of the hospital. 2. A guardian is paid by the hour of (i) from the first full payment period on February 1, 2015 or after February 1, 2015, USD 6.68 (ii) from the first full payment period on January 1, 2015. 5. The working time performed by a call shall be considered overtime, unless it is intended to be served. 6. The nursing assistant at work shall be paid at least three hours, provided that the reference person, when called to a previous call within three hours of the start of the work, is not entitled to additional remuneration for the time provided within that three-hour period. 7.

When a reference person is called back to work, he shall receive the car allowance provided for in this contract or shall be transported free of charge from his place of residence to the place of work and on return. Breaks between recall periods and regular service (8) If a nurse is to begin his next normal activity within 9.5 hours of the end of the hours actually worked after being recalled to the service, either delay the start of his next ordinary obligation until 9,5 hours have elapsed since overtime ceased without loss of pay for that period; or page 13 of 55 18 (d) The provisions of the subsection of this subdivision do not apply to a nurse who, on a day of the week, begins his normal schedule after noon and ends those hours at or before 6 p.m. on that day. The normal wage rate charge for a caregiver who works a full night shift starting and ending between 6 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. on a weekday is 35%. To the extent that a notice period of less than 12 hours is extended or reduced, the fine rate paid for normal hours of work performed during that period is the penalty rate that would have been applied if the departure and/or end time had not been changed. 2. A charge of 50% on the working time actually worked during this period shall be subject to a charge of 50% for a carer who is required to work normally between midnight on Friday and midnight on the following Saturday. A nurse who has to work normal hours between midnight on Saturday and 7:30 a.m. on the following Monday receives a charge of 75% on the working time actually performed during this period.

3. Where a carer works on an interrupted layer, each part of that layer shall be considered as a separate layer within the meaning of this clause. (4) Where ordinary working time is set at midnight on a Friday evening or Sunday evening, the supplements for shiftwork and weekend work shall be calculated for each part of the shift on the basis of the rate applicable to the additional remuneration for shiftwork and weekends. . . .
